Los puntos calientes del Ártico

La batalla por conquistar el último gran territorio virgen del planeta avanza indefectiblemente, y comienzan ya a dibujarse las fronteras del Círculo Polar Ártico. Un equipo de científicos de la Universidad de Durham, al norte de Inglaterra, publicó ayer un mapa en el que se detalla una eventual división de la gran masa de hielo.

Maritime jurisdiction and boundaries in the Arctic region

In response to numerous enquiries relating to maritime jurisdiction in the Arctic, IBRU has prepared a map and a set of briefing notes on the current state of play in the region. The map identifies known claims and agreed boundaries, plus potential areas that might be claimed in the future.
